BGP Down suddenly

After looking at your account and verifying that the link is down this is the results of your main connection that is hosting your own connection:: dxcon-fgu7vvod

The main connection is down with the following light signals.

Light Levels:
Transmit (TX) Signal dBm: -1.16
Received (RX) Signal dBm: - Inf
Good signal between (-14.4 and 2.50) dBm

This shows AWS is not receiving light signals at all from the main connection.

I would suggest you reach out to your provider on checking their main connection for possible error or SFP issues and/or reach out to us for additional support regarding the above readings.
