aws patch manager error

The error you're encountering seems to be a problem with the Amazon SSM Agent or the Patch Manager script.

Verify the Amazon SSM Agent version:

sudo amazon-ssm-agent -version

Verify the instance IAM role: Ensure that your EC2 instance has the necessary IAM role and permissions to use Patch Manager

if both does not work for you

please check the agent logs /var/log/amazon/ssm on your instance

Please make sure that only one patch task is active on the instance at a time. This type of error generally occurs when multiple patch tasks are active on an instance.
