(CDK)lambda function already has a lambda layer include the 3rd party dependency but still say cannot find moudle

Hi When I test my lambda function it show the below error

The lambda layer included axios is already there

This is my folder strcuture

Inisde the axios.ts file I have this code

This is my lambda code, that is how I import the axios

My tsconfig json

my lambda stack and my pipeline stack

Could anyone please help me out?
