PLs, check the security group attached with the instance. check if port 22 (SSH) is allowed from anywhere IP(0.0.0.0/0). For more check the attached SS. for more: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/userguide/VPC_SecurityGroups.html. As I checked your website working on the given public IP address means instance internet is working.
