App settings: Email notifications problem

Question

Hi,  
  
I can't add notifications email notifications to one of my accounts although it works for the other account.  
  
I enter my email and select the release/production branch, click save, then remains on: Notification creation : in progress...  
  
Wait... 5 mins, 10 mins, 20 mins, nothing...  
  
Any ideas?

Sorry for the late reply, I hit the reply limits when I was trying to post.  
  
Eventually I found out the problem was due to having a slash '/' in the repository branch I was attempting to register the notification for.

Could you follow this guideline one more time?
1. Go to your project directory and execute the command:
```
amplify add notifications
```

2. Choose Email when promoted:
```
? Choose the push notification channel to enable.
  APNS |  Apple Push Notifications
❯ FCM  | » Firebase Push Notifications
  In-App Messaging
  Email
  SMS

? Provide your pinpoint resource name:
    `yourPinpointResourceName`

? Apps need authorization to send analytics events. Do you want to allow guests and unauthenticated users to send analytics events? (we recommend you allow this when getting started) (Y/n)
    'Y'
```
