AWS says my pinpoint project is out of the sandbox, but it is NOT

I requested that my project be removed from the sandbox, got a response that it was, but it was not - still showed in the sandbox. Reopened the request, and opened another request and 24 hrs. later got another response that it was removed from the sandbox. But it is not. The support tickets keep getting closed as resolved. What can I do to get someone to see that they are not removing my project from the sandbox, even though they believe they are?

There is a prior question with exactly the same scenario, and they resolved it by "reopening the ticket again and again and again." Can anyone help me?
