VPC end point was not connecting

Hi,
An internet-facing VPC endpoint has been created for the AWS Transfer family.
However, I was unable to telnet that vpc endpoint.
Using a cloud formation YAML template, I created this.
Note: I am not sure where I made a mistake from my end. Can anyone help me?

Check if communication is allowed by the security group configured for the VPC endpoint.

@Riku kobayashi, Thanks for suggesting an answer to my concern.
I have modified Sg, But Still, the issue was not fixed.
Can you please give me some other alternate solution's?
@Riku kobayashi, Possible can you please take my yaml template, do you have a chance to run this into your testing account and share me corrected file?

I think you need to specify the security group for the VPC endpoints of the TRANSFER family as I answered in this question. https://repost.aws/ja/questions/QUqXCFQ7SSRUeBQEDxwt_YUw/aws-transfer-family-vpc-end-point-not-working
