Yes, the total vibration (Vrms) is the vector sum of all three axes between (10-1000Hz), i.e.:
total_vibration = sqrt(x^2 + y^2 + z^2)
The data export and Monitron app will also give you insight into each x, y and z axis as well as the maximum of the three for each measurement data point.

We found that the total vibration is the root of the sum of the squares of all three axis.
That is correct, I've edited the answer to make it a little more clearer.
