How to integrate CloudFront SDK

Question

I found this library, but couldn't find the detailed steps.
https://github.com/aws/amazon-cloudfront-client-routing-library

My domain is not currently purchased on Route53. Do I need to move to Route53? And how to set up DNS record to use this library?
What are the requirements for certificates?
Are there any requirements for DNS resolver?
Is there any example for Java? Cuz we're developing the Android application.

While your domain is not purchased on Route 53, you can change your [DNS hosting to Route 53](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/dns-configuring.html).
