User Management in Appstream integrated with AWS Active Directory

Hope you are doing well! I'm working for one client who is trying to move his application to Saas mode. The client is streaming his own application via Appstream to his customers which are companies who buy the application and then have their employees use the application We want to integrate the Appstream with AWS Managed AD but we have one doubt regarding the administration of the end-users. In fact, The client who is streaming the application does not want to manage the end-users for each customer and would like to delegate these tasks to the customers' companies who are buying the app, meaning each company manages its own users.

The question: do you know how the technical support team from the end users company, can manage the active directory and do simple operations only for their own company, like users' creation, resetting passwords etc?
