These are the input files that COACTVWC cobol program used. during the account view function.

  1. ACCTDAT: Account master file containing detailed account information such as account status, balances, credit limits, and important dates. The program reads this file to retrieve account details when a valid account ID is provided.
  2. CUSTDAT: Customer master file containing customer information such as name, address, contact details, and financial indicators. The program reads this file to retrieve customer details associated with the account.
  3. CARDAIX: Card index file used to access card information by account path.
  4. CXACAIX: Card cross-reference file accessed by account path. This file links account IDs to customer IDs and card numbers, enabling the program to find the appropriate customer record for an account.

The program is having a problem with the file CXACAIX. File not found/no record/can't open type of error. Go to the workshop; review the steps with the AIX session. Good luck.
