Hello There,

As the error message indicates that your account must be verified to create a CloudFront Distribution, please reach out to AWS support team to get your account verified by following the below steps:

Create an issue at Support Center - https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home/

Share the error message in the case.

Wait for the service team to get your account verified.
