DeepRacerリーグへは、IAMユーザ単位で別アカウント(レーサー)として出場することができるのでしょうか？
それとも、ルートアカウントが同じだと、同じアカウントとして出場者することになる(後から出場させた方で上書きさせる)のでしょうか？

AWS DeepRacer リーグに参加するルールの１つとして、「他の人のアカウントで作成したモデルを自分のアカウントのモデルとして、リーグに出場させてはならない」とあると思います。
これは、ルートアカウントが違うとダメなのか、IAMユーザとして異なるとダメなのか、どちらでしょうか？
