お世話になっております。
RDS Aurora PostgreSQL 10.21 -> 13.7メジャーバージョンアップ実行をした際に、
画面上では緑のラインで「正常にバージョンアップは終了しました」という表示はされているのですが、
pg_upgrade_server.logファイルの内容を確認すると 下記のようなFATALが出力されていました。

```
上記のエラーはメモリに関するエラーだと認識しており、
前提として、10.21 バージョン時点ではdb.t3.medium(4G)のインスタンスをdb.r5.large(16G)に変更して、
13.7メジャーバージョンアップを実行しています。
上記のエラーはdb.r5.xlarge(32G)、db.r5.2xlarge(64G)に変更しても出力されています。
画面上では正常に終了しているように見えるのですが、
ログで出力されているFATAL: Can't handle storage runtime process crash は
解消すべきエラーなのかわからずご質問させていただきました。
初めてのバージョンアップ対応のため、アドバイスいただけると嬉しいです。
また、下記のコマンドを実行したうえでバージョンアップも行っています。

postgres=> set work_mem to 1024;
postgres=> SET ENABLE_HASHJOIN TO OFF;
