How do I unsubscribe from AWS emails?

Resolution

Unsubscribe from specific email types

1. Open the AWS Email Preference Center.
2. Choose Unsubscribe from Email.
3. For Email Address, enter your email address.
4. Clear the box for any email types that you want to stop receiving.
5. Choose Submit.

Unsubscribe from all marketing emails

1. Open the AWS Email Preference Center.
2. Choose Unsubscribe from Email.
3. For Email Address, enter your email address.
4. Select Unsubscribe me from all marketing emails.
5. (Optional) In the Why are you unsubscribing? list, select your reason for unsubscribing. If your reason isn't listed in the options, enter your reason in Unsubscribed Reason (Other).
6. Choose Submit.

You'll still receive important account-related notifications from AWS, such as monthly billing statements.

Note: If you followed the unsubscribe steps and still get marketing emails, then you might be part of a company-wide email group. Contact your company email admin for more information.
