After an AWS bill is finalized at the end of a billing cycle, the bill can’t be updated. This includes applying additional credits to your usage. Outstanding invoices on your account can be paid only with the [payment method associated with your account](https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/add-new-payment-method/).
