You can create a rule in your Amazon WorkMail mailbox to forward emails that match specific conditions to a different email address.

For instructions, see the **To create an email forwarding rule** section in [Working with email rules](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workmail/latest/userguide/email-rules.html).

**Note**: Email rules don't work for recipients that the sender includes in the Bcc field.
