To set up EventBridge pipes with SNS targets, complete the following steps:

1. [Create and subscribe to an SNS topic](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sns/latest/dg/sns-email-notifications.html).
2. Choose an [Amazon EventBridge Pipes source](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eventbridge/latest/userguide/eb-pipes-event-source.html) to configure.
3. [Create and configure the EventBridge pipe](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eventbridge/latest/userguide/eb-pipes-create.html).
4. Choose **Target**.
5. For **Target service**, select **SNS Topic**, and then specify the topic.
