Can I use more than one payment method to pay my AWS charges?
I want use multiple payment methods to pay my AWS bill.
Resolution
To use multiple payment methods for a single AWS bill, you must contact billing or account support.
If you receive bills from different AWS service providers, then you can use a different payment method for each bill. For example, you have an AWS Organizations account that receives invoices from AWS Inc. and AWS EMEA (AWS Europe). You can use payment profiles to pay each invoice with a different payment method. You can also set up a different payment method for your AWS Marketplace invoices.

Due to the current restrictions of the National Bank of Ukraine, we cannot pay more than 100,000 UAH (~ 2630 USD) per month from one credit card. We use resources mainly from AMAZON EMEA, SEPA is not available now in Ukraine. This is a blocking factor for the use of AWS resources for Ukrainian customers

Do you find any solutions, we have same situation in Egypt as we couldn't pay more than 50$ per month
