The AQUA feature is now on a platform that delivers the feature to all Amazon Redshift compute instances by default. The option to turn AQUA on an individual cluster basis is no longer available for users. Amazon Redshift automatically determines when to apply performance acceleration techniques that leverage AQUA technology.
