I want to verify a domain that I registered with Amazon Route 53 to make it accessible on the internet. But, AWS canceled my operation.
Resolution
For certain operations, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) requires authorization for domains that you register with Amazon Route 53. AWS sends you an authorization or confirmation email that you must respond to within 3–15 days. If you don't respond to the email within this time period, then ICANN can require that AWS suspend the domain or cancel the operation.
The following operations require authorization.
Domain registration
If AWS suspends a domain that you register, then it isn't accessible on the internet. Use the Route 53 console to resend the confirmation email for domain registration.
Domain transfers to or from Route 53 for geographic TLDs
AWS cancels domain transfers to Route 53 when the domain is a geographic top-level domain (TLD). Use the Route 53 console to resend the authorization email for a domain transfer.
Other registrars cancel transfers from Route 53 when the domain has a geographic TLD.
ICANN doesn't require authorization for domains that have a generic TLD, such as .com, .net, or .org.
Updates to the domain's registrant contact or domain deletion
If AWS cancels your domain deletion or updates that you make to your contact information, then use the Route 53 console to resend the authorization email.
