How do I update the DNS server IP addresses on my WorkSpace?
I want to update IP address of the DNS server on my Amazon WorkSpaces WorkSpace.
Resolution
If your existing DNS servers aren't working or are being decommissioned, then update the DNS server settings in WorkSpaces and Microsoft Active Directory.
Important: You must update the DNS server IP addresses in the WorkSpace. Don't update the DNS server IP addresses directly in the network interface properties in Windows or in the resolv.conf file in Linux. Otherwise, the IP addresses return to the previous DNS server when you restart SkyLightWorkspaceConfigService, Netplan, or Network Manager, or reboot the WorkSpace.
