Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud(Amazon EC2) Windows 인스턴스의 부팅 모드를 레거시 BIOS에서 UEFI 또는 UEFI 보안 부팅으로 변경하고 싶습니다.

해결 방법

사전 조건

  1. Amazon Elastic Block Store(Amazon EBS) 볼륨이 연결되어 있고 Windows Server 2019 또는 2022를 실행하는 작동 EC2 인스턴스입니다.
  2. 인스턴스 유형이 UEFI를 지원하는지 확인하세요.
  3. 인스턴스 유형 기본 부팅 모드에 대한 고려 사항을 검토하세요.
  4. OS의 부팅 모드는 레거시여야 합니다. 확인하려면 Windows 원격 데스크톱 프로토콜(RDP)을 사용하여 인스턴스에 연결하세요. 그런 다음 시스템 정보에서 BIOS 모드를 확인합니다.

**참고:**기존 인스턴스 또는 루트 볼륨은 변환 후 사용할 수 없습니다. 이러한 해결 단계를 수행하기 전에 데이터 백업을 만드는 것이 가장 좋습니다. AMI 또는 스냅샷을 만들어 백업을 생성할 수 있습니다.

부팅 모드를 레거시 BIOS에서 UEFI로 변환

1단계. 인스턴스 루트 볼륨을 GPT 파티션으로 변경:

5.    생성을 선택합니다.

6단계. 인스턴스의 부팅 모드가 UEFI인지 확인

참고: 기존 인스턴스를 종료하거나 mbr2gpt 명령을 실행한 루트 볼륨을 삭제합니다. 기존 인스턴스는 변환 후 사용할 수 없습니다.

3.    스냅샷에서 AMI를 생성합니다. AMI를 생성하는 동안 uefi-data 문자열을 지정하여 UEFI 보안 부팅을 활성화합니다.

6.    보안 부팅 및 TPM 상태를 확인하려면 RDP를 사용하여 인스턴스에 연결합니다. 그런 다음 AWS PowerShell 관리자 모드에서 다음의 명령을 실행합니다.

인스턴스가 UEFI 보안 부팅을 지원하고 보안 부팅이 켜져 있는 경우 다음의 cmdlet은 $True를 반환합니다. 그렇지 않으면 응답은 $False입니다.

다음의 명령을 실행하여 TpmPresent 속성을 확인합니다. 인스턴스에 TPM이 있는 경우 응답은 $True입니다. 그렇지 않으면 응답은 $False입니다.
