A certificate for this thing could not download

Hi, I am a new user for IOT.
When I try to built my first thing, I can create the certificate. However, I could not download the "A certificate for this thing", because it was blocked by Windows.
message: xxxxxx-certificate.pem.crt was blocked because this type of file can harm your device.
I try to disable the Windows Security but without improvement.
Please help to teach me.

Hi,
It could be operating system specific error. You may be able to choose either Save anyway or Discard. If that is not the case, use aws CLI to generate certificate and attach to thing.
