Can you please confirm that your remote server is not using NLA and you disabled NLA on it via System Manager?
unable to do so facing same error while doing with system manager automation, is there any resolving possibility if i go for reboot the instance
Quite strange indeed. If you configured properly the IAM Instance role for allowing system manager to manage the instance. If you did so, I suggest to reboot the vm and see if it solves the issue. Another question: did you integrate the instance with any AD DS (managed or unmanaged)?
now issue resolved after stop and starting the instance thanks for your support
You Need to give a Reboot to the server and it will fix the issue and post that can able to RDP the server. Thanks :)
thanks for revert but the above documentation not useful i think cause i facing the error is"an authentication error has occured the security account manager (sam) or local security authority (lsa) server was in wrong state to perform security option" please check this and help me to get out from this issue
