AWS OTA for TI CC32x

As far as building the firmware goes, you can select the particular demo in this file: https://github.com/aws/amazon-freertos/blob/main/vendors/ti/boards/cc3220_launchpad/aws_demos/config_files/aws_demo_config.h

You would need to replace CONFIG_CORE_MQTT_MUTUAL_AUTH_DEMO_ENABLED with CONFIG_OTA_MQTT_UPDATE_DEMO_ENABLED, for example.
