Shibboleth EBextension

Hello, I am upgrading an environment from PHP 8.0 running on 64bit Amazon Linux 2/3.6.0 to PHP 8.2 running on 64bit Amazon Linux 2023/4.1.0 using Elastic Beanstalk.
