Free Tier Service

Dear Support Center, I hope to stop use the free tier service that belongs to me, otherwise additional fee would bother me continuously. However, I could not figure out how to terminate the service. Can you support me directly please?

Hello,

I'm having a similar problem, and AWS is billing a service that I can't terminate (RDS + Aurora). The guides suggest:

  • Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon RDS console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/rds/.

  • In the navigation pane, choose Databases, and then choose the DB instance that you want to delete.

  • For Actions, choose Delete.

  • To create a final DB snapshot for the DB instance, choose Create final snapshot?.

  • If you chose to create a final snapshot, enter the Final snapshot name.

  • To retain automated backups, choose Retain automated backups.

  • Enter delete me in the box.

  • Choose Delete.

but I haven't an instance, nor a db. Nothing to delete here! The costs are running crazy and I cant' stop them.

Support cases created, answers unsuccessfull (copy&paste?).
