Hi, event with the free basic support you can raise a support Case for account issues like this, via the Support service in the AWS Console. No one on re:Post can take any action for you, it's just a community offering advice.
If you go into Cost Explorer in the console you can identify what services are causing the unexpected charges, and then see whether there's something you need to turn off. Most likely there is something you've provisioned that isn't in the free tier.
