where does this vpc endpoint coming from

I have a interface VPC endpoint created, service name: com.amazonaws-us-east-1.execute-api. I remember I only create vpc, but no vpc end point. so where does this vpc endpoint coming from, and which api is executed to generate this vpc endpoint? thanks
