Looking for guidance/documentation to migration Oracle Fusion Middleware applications from Oracle Cloud to AWS

Hi, We are looking to migrate all our Oracle applications - Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle OBIEE 12c, Oracle OID, Oracle ODI etc and also Oracle databases (19c) from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to AWS. All of them are running on Oracle Linux 7. We have terraform scripts used to deploy those infrastructure components. We want to know if the same terraform scripts we used to deploy those infrastructure components into Oracle Cloud can be used to deploy/migrate to AWS or do we need to rewrite everything. Anyone done anything like this and any documentation/guidance on this would be of great help. If we can reuse the terraform script we used in Oracle Cloud with some modifications, is there any guidance on what/how to modify those terraform scripts.
