Lightsail - Some names are already in use

Hi, i'm trying to create a Lightsail's GitLab instance called "GitLab", there are absolutely no existing instances or snapshots on this account right now, but i receive the error message: "Some names are already in use: GitLab", why is that? thanks in advance.

Did you already have an GitLab instance in your account, in any other region? Could be a case of eventual consistency, and eventually will be available. If not, you can access support in the Account menu in the interface, clocking in Customer support.
