AWS support unresponsive for about 150 hours after system impaired

We have created a support case on Tuesday last week, and almost a week has passed without any response; the case is still unassigned. We are currently on the business support plan. We left multiple environments in a severe state awaiting your response, we cannot continue to wait indefinitely.
