Instead of using Filebeats, you can look at using the Logstash input plugin for SQS if your goal is to pull messages from an SQS queue and send them to ElasticSearch - https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/plugins-inputs-sqs.html

I will however recommend to check in the ElasticSearch forum as well, since this question is more about ElasticSearch than AWS.
There is no Logstash input plugin for SNS, so you will have to create an SQS queue subscriber to the SNS topic and then use the Logstash SQS input plugin
