I understand that you are getting a message on your dashboard that you had to update IAM policies in your account. Even though if you replaced the retired IAM actions with the fine-grained IAM actions, you still see the notification displayed.
You can use the link below [1] to see if there are any affected policies in your account. As long as there are no more affected policies on the dashboard, there are no actions need to be taken from your side. After some time, the message should go away as your account has remediated the changes needed.
