First Name and Last Name are mandatory for AWS Certification. But I do understand the fact that "It is okay to not have a surname"

I attempted to get in touch with the AWS Training and Certification Support team. I haven't heard anything from them yet. It's been 24 hours.
You may wait for about 48 hours more and see, most probably you should get a reply by that timeframe. As you know it was a little busy schedule for the past 4 days due to AWS re:Invent 2022. Hopefully they will respond back to you in the next couple of days.
