Apprunner Custom Domain CNAME Records are too long

Hello, I was using Apprunner service and with custom domains. However I think with the recent changes in Apprunner custom domain validation records became too long for my domain provider to support. Previously I was seeing only one CNAME record for validation of custom domain but now I'm seeing two records and the second record is impossible to add. I've already added the first record to the domain provider's config but without the second record Apprunner is not validating my domain. Is there any resolution for this problem ? Thanks in advance
