AWS partner event bridge and ordering

Hi,

In MongoDB (Atlas) it is possible to setup a trigger and select ordering, it is then possible to select Event Bridge as the target, if we have a single lambda instance reading the event bus in our account would the ordering be maintained ? Appreciate event bridge is not fifo but seems strange Atlas would allow ordering option on the trigger with Event bridge integration if there was not a way of reading the events in order ?
