How can I stop cloud watch agent for just part of metrixes not all

I run Cloud Watch Agent on my ubuntu on ec2 instance to get matrix of mem_used_percent. But unintentionally it started to collect matrix of disk and I want Cloud Watch Agent to stop send information of disks. Is there any solution to stop just part of collection of matrix or should I just unistall it and set up again ?

The default predefined metric set (basic) includes disk and memory - see here. You should create a configuration file for the agent which includes only the metrics you want and configure the agent to use that file
