**How to reproduce this bug?** 1. Open Visual Studio 2019 professional. 2. Make sure AWS Tool kit for Visual Studio has been installed. 3. Go to **View->AWS Explorer (or press CTRL+K,A)** 4. Refer to Credentials and click on **"Add AWS Credential Profile"** 5. On the lower section of the opened dialog click on https://aws.amazon.com/developers/access-keys/ (where it says *"account information can be found..."* That link is referring you to 404 page pointing on: *"Sorry, this URL does not exist or is no longer available."*

I was able to find that this link previously was a redirect to this documentation page (1). I will be sure to report this internally as well to get this fixed.
