Instance type m5 and c5

Question

While some GPUs/instance types for SageMaker are explained in

and

, there is not much explanation for recommended Instance types such as m5 and c5 mentioned here
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sagemaker/latest/dg/cmn-info-instance-types.html  .  Where can I find an explanation?

Hi.c5 is compute optimized instance type and m5 is general instance type.
