I'm evaluating Amazon Connect and need to know if it allows at least three people to be conferenced together. I haven't found this feature to be available via the API or the Contact Flow Designer.
Example:
- Customer calls.
- Customer gets connected to an agent in a queue.
- Agent adds an additional party (another agent or customer) to the conference.
- One of the agents can leave the conference without dropping the other calls.
This is just one example but there are many cases where adding an additional party to a conference would come in handy.
Has anyone done this with Amazon Connect? And if it is not a supported feature, are there plans for releasing something like this in the near future?
