dynamic ip address

Hi, I've a project to finish. My customer wants my docker containers's ip addresses has to change with a click. This is my first time in cloud. Is this possible, a dockerized running app's ip address can be changed. It can destroy and redeploy, but is this possible with a java based automatization. What should i study if it is possible. My app is spring boot micro service.

If you'd like to dynamically change the public IP address of the app, you might find Elastic IP useful.

The creation and allocation of these can also be automated using Java: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-java/latest/developer-guide/examples-ec2-elastic-ip.html
