AWS WAF being charged for not even using the service in free tier.

Why I am being charged for amazon aws WAF service even though I haven't even created the any WAF acl or aws WAF acl rule in any region below screenshot is a proof for it. Enter image description here

I understand that you can see charges for WAF on your AWS Account, and you have also checked the WAF console, but unable to locate the source of the charges.

In this case, I request you to contact AWS Support with the information of the same so that we will be able to investigate it.
