My Certificate Issuance form CloudFormation Delay for subdomain

I have a hosted zone [domian.com] which was registered in namecheap and pointed the NS to aws

But want to creata a certificate for this domain

accounts.domian.com - (Which i created as a record pointing to the parent domain NS)

But in cloudformation my validation keep getting stuck even after creating a CNAME RECORD to verify it by it self.

Content of DNS Record is: {Name: _606f6c7128d9b441a7f6.accounts.pter.com.,Type: CNAME,Value: _872b21f0e201189f3e.shzbfwcggp.acm-validations.aws.}
