Failed email messages Logs from Cognito

I want to know it there any service provided by AWS Cognito related to accessing the log from failed email messages from Cognito, the ones we get requesting us for a change password after we get a user created for that email

Access logging is not supported for the default email option in Cognito. Troubleshooting email issues in Cognito depends on which email option you have chosen, see https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito/latest/developerguide/user-pool-email.html. For the default option, Amazon Cognito limits the number of emails it sends each day for your user pool. For information on service limits, see Quotas in Amazon Cognito..
