Allow restoring tables from RDS snapshot directly into an RDS instance

Please create a feature which allows to easily load a list of [database].[schema].[table] from an RDS snapshot directly into a target instance->database->schema
Also add an option for a custom prefix to be added to the original imported tables name.
(Return an error if tables already exist in target schema)

I think it should be available for all RDS engines since snapshots are a general feature, but if I needed to choose a priority then: MySQL->MariaDB->PostgreSQL->SQL Server->Oracle
