An AJAX HTTP error occurred with GATEWAY_TIMEOUT when downloading a large file

Hi, My app is behind a AWS LB and is using Ajax that allows selecting a date range and then download report. It is fine when date range is small but I got this one when the download volume is big, eg:

An AJAX HTTP error occurred.

ALB idle time out value can be increased by following the steps in the document below.
