What languages are supported with amplify custom resrouce?

I want to use cdk instead of cloud formation to add custom resources in my amplify project, but it does not prompt me for the programming language choice, and only uses typescript. Is it possible to use python or go?

To add custom resources , here is the list of supported frameworks.

But here is an example for typescript

"The AWS Cloud Development Kit (AWS CDK) is an open source software development framework to define your cloud application resources using familiar programming languages, such as Typescript"
