How to tag ClientVPN resources?

Hi there

I'm working on having all elements of architecture we use on AWS to be tagged so we can properly see what price we pay per application we run.
For that, we use 3 tags - Env, Role, and State.
For the "Client VPN endpoints" service I've added these tags - https://monosnap.com/file/sAvBZv1noNKs4FZDcOh2rqlp9UzTKZ
I've also tagged 2 ENI that VPN use - https://monosnap.com/file/fVMbQN3SFV8DkHU4gBA7txKtFG0GBH

But when I filter my resources in Cost Explorer by "No tag key: Env" I see these (https://monosnap.com/file/DOv4aTS8RcGbejlEg3GcArtiWi7Brh) as not tagged: 
- USE1-ClientVPN-EndpointHours
- USE1-ClientVPN-ConnectionHours

Please let me know what I'm missing to tag the VPN service properly.

You have to select "Env" and then "pr1" in place of "no tag key:env" 
You can refer to the above image as well in which I have selected "Usage" for you it will be "ENV" and then I selected "Dev" for you it will be "PR1"
